Pocket Travel Agent (“PTA,” “we,” “us”) is an AI travel-planning assistant. Our product is advice and planning — not bookings. We don't sell flights, hotels, cars, or experiences, we don't process payments, and we don't collect passenger or payment details. When you're ready to book, we hand you off to a third-party partner site where you complete the transaction under their terms.

The service is provided free of charge to travelers. It's a general-audience tool intended for users 13 and older — it is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Actually booking a trip happens on a partner's site, which sets its own minimum-age and payment requirements.

PTA participates in affiliate programs with booking partners (e.g., Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia). If you click through one of our links and complete a booking, the partner may pay us a small commission. This is paid by the partner, never by you, and never changes the price you pay or the advice you receive. See our Privacy Policy for details on the tracking involved.

PTA's suggestions — prices, availability, timing, points valuations, neighborhood and routing advice — are generated by an AI model from general knowledge and are informational only. We do not have a live price feed; any figure we cite is an expectation, not a quote. Always confirm the real price, availability, dates, baggage rules, cancellation policies, visa/entry requirements, and any other details on the partner's site before booking.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any recommendation for your specific trip.

Bookings happen entirely on third-party partner sites. Your transaction, the goods or services you buy, and any disputes, refunds, or cancellations are governed by that partner's terms and policies, not ours. We are not a party to your booking and are not responsible for the partners' products, pricing, or conduct.

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Don't use the service to break the law, abuse or overload the system (including automated scraping or excessive requests beyond posted rate limits), attempt to reverse-engineer it, or misuse it in any way that harms PTA or other users. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pocket Travel Agent and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from any booking you make with a partner — including missed flights, pricing changes, cancellations, or trip disruptions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed USD $50.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The “last updated” date above reflects any changes, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, U.S.
